How long do I have to return an item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 21 days from the shipped date to return your order to us for a refund or exchange. Items returned must be unworn and in resalable condition.

Delivery Charges are non-refundable.

Please Note

- In order to process your return or exchange we request that:
- Swimwear and intimate apparel must be returned unworn and with the original packaging and tags in place.
- Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them.
- In the interests of hygiene cosmetics and pierced earrings cannot be returned

How do I return any unwanted or unsuitable items?

All orders placed on can be returned solely via a shipping courier service. You have to visit „Returns and exchange” section at and follow the instructions indicated there.




What should I do if I have received a faulty/damaged item?

Please carefully check your items once they have arrived. Should you receive a faulty/damaged item please visit „Returns and exchange” section at and follow the instructions indicated there.

You have 21 days from the shipped date to return your order.
For faulty items that have been worn/used or returns outside our Returns Policy, please contact us as indicated „Returns and exchange” section at for further assistance. These may be accepted at the discretion of Nanushka.



How do I exchange an item?

To perform a product exchane you have to visit „Returns and exchange” section at and follow the instructions indicated there.

Please note that you can exchange the product only to the same style, but different color or size variation. If you want to exchange a style to a different one, then we will issue you a refund and you have to place a new order for the desired product.


How should I prepare a product for a return?

To return an online purchase, please follow these instructions:

1.) Reuse the original packaging materials to pack the returned unit to ensure its arrival in good condition.

2.) Remove or cover previous shipping labels frlom the outside of the box. (Old adress, labels, etc.)
3.) Close and tape the box securely to ensure it will not open during transit.
4.) Please indicate the RGA (Return good authorization) number clearly ont he outside of your box when returning your product to ensure that your return can be properly verified. (Please note that failure to include the RGA number may result in a return processing delay or failure.
5.) After the RGA number is properly marked, please ship the goods to:

Why should I use a trackable shipping carrier for my returns?

We recommend you send your return using a secure or trackable method - i.e. Recorded/Special Delivery - and that you retain your proof of postage. Until we receive your return to our warehouse, the items and their condition are your responsibility.


How do I know that my returned goods are arrived and my refund is performed?

EMAIL CONFIRMATION - We will send you an email to confirm your return has been received and refund processed. Please note returns can take up to 30 days to be processed.

REFUND PROCESSED - Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. Paypal for paypal payments, credit for credit card payments and bank transfer for cash on delivery payments.

Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement. Delivery Charges are non-refundable.
